Stacey is an Ashoka Fellow and has completed the Achieving Excellence in Community Development Program at Harvard’s JFK School of Government. Stacey serves as an advisor to the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee, Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and Aspen Institute Expanding Prosperity Impact Collaborative.
