Her work helps nonprofit leaders build a practical, repeatable approach to innovation that leads to stronger programs, better outcomes, and greater impact. She helps nonprofit leaders build innovative organizations through workshops and consulting focused on creative thinking, program strategies, and meaningful evaluation. Leah is a returned Peace Corps volunteer who served in Jamaica and continues to serve as an active volunteer in her community.
